How do I apply for Funding via the Community Support Programme?

Is my organisation classified as Category 1 or Category 2?

There are two classes of expenditure under the CDSE Scheme:

Category 1: expenditure on specific community welfare and social services, community development, community health services and employment assistance activities.

Category 2: expenditure on other community development & support services which include sport & recreational groups.

Smithfield RSL has given to the community well over $300,000.00 last year alone.
Some of the recipients are listed below.

Smithfield Public School, Smithfield West Public School, King Park Public School , St Gertrude School ,Smithfield RSL Youth Club ,Starlight Children Foundation, Camp Quality ,Care flight, WIRE-The NSW Wildlife Information & Rescue Service Inc ,Mathew Talbot Homeless Services, Ted Noff Foundation Inc, Donnybrook Aged Care , Parks Community Network Inc ,The Royal Life Saving Society NSW Branch, Playgroup NSW, Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off  the streets, Fairfield Meals On Wheels.
